It’s always very easy for some of us to think that being a Christian is like a light bulb that you can turn off and on at will.
We sometimes fail to realize that it’s a very practical experience. We either don’t know or seem to forget, that God is very interested in every area of our lives. If you’ve accepted Christ as Lord and saviour and you’ve got the Holy Spirit on the inside, then God is always willing to guide you. Abba is always speaking and if we can be silent, we’ll hear.
Relating with Him can be as easy as dealing with a much loved one. And the good thing is: He wants this as much, or even more than, you do.
I understand that every relationship with
Him is unique, so I won’t force any thought down your throat. I’m sharing a few guiding principles I’ve learnt (and I’m learning) that I believe will be of help to you. And that’s my prayer as you read through.
